A bit random...... I know! Inspired (copied) from a class I loved attending many years ago in Ireland, this 50/50 hybrid class offers an enduring 25 minute workout to music using 6 / 8kg kettlebells, followed by 25 minutes of stretch and release Pilates. Give it a try!
